Due to matters beyond human control and small little green men whispering in my ear, this weeks games for:
Vikings V Japan
Crazy turks v Voodoo
Will now be played at 3PM @ Tianma and NOT at 9AM as advertised, this will give all the squads time to wake and prepare correctly for their games.
Shanghai Shooters v Qilin A is now been moved to Century Park @ 4PM.

Why, 1st game was at Pudong, so next game should be at Tianma....why are the committee bending over backwards to keep a team happy that will pull out the league at end of season??

ReplyDeleteQilin A and B will pull out the league next year, but committee trying to make them happy with letting them play all their games in Pudong....
ReplyDeletePitches are booked and paid for and need matches playing on them. All season century park has been available but nobody has asked to play there other than Qilin. If anyone wants to play at Century Park then let the committee know about your interest.

ReplyDeleteAnother or the other ?? anybody can request what ever they want but if both team representatives agree the venue and time then what else is the commitee to do?
ReplyDeleteIf two teams agree on a proposed venue alteration then the commitee need not be involved.
What should be done next season is when the fixture list is complete and agreed, it is then posted on the site for all to see at the begining of the season. If any team then wants a venue, date or time change then the other team must agree. When the venue, time, date have been changed then the team that made the request pays 1000 RMB for the change of venue, time or date. That might slow the reschedule requests a little more and if the commitee request a reschedule then Bryan Wallace should be flogged from the top of the yard iron.
